The Adventures of Picking a Menu

So far my biggest challenge of being a wife is choosing what we are going to eat each week. I want us to eat healthy yet very tasty food and still be able to afford rent. The more time goes by the easier this is getting.

Whats for dinner this week:
  • Breast of Chicken Oxaca
  • Pan Roasted, Lime Marinated Pork Tenderloin with almond rice and mango salsa
  • Creamy Garlic Bowtie Pasta with Sun-Dried Tomatoes and Chicken
  • Parmesan Crusted Salmon with asparagus and roasted potatoes
  • Boring Ole Spaghetti with meat sauce, salad and garlic bread
