Favorite Meal from Last Week:
Our favorite meal from last week was still the Chicken Fettuccine with Blue Cheese, Walnuts and Grapes. This time I used a blue cheese that was better quality (and cheaper) from Trader Joe's. It added more depth to the sauce than the blue cheese I had bought at Vons last time. It was so so yummy. I think I could eat it every day.
